I created the first edition of this video in 2019 for the traveling exhibition We Are Everywhere that features queer artists. In 2022, I revisited the piece with a new outlook.

Starting in 2020 I worked with Johns Hopkins’ program Centro Sol to edit interviews with Latine mental health providers and patients. Fortalece tu Bienstar aims to destigmatize mental illness and provide resources for the Latine community.

This demo reel contains a combination of college, freelance, and indepedent projects. It showcases my directing, rotobrushing, motion graphics skills as well as my editing skills.

I spent my summer of 2020 volunteering my video editing skills with Franca Muller Paz's campaign for city council District 12 in Baltimore. Her campaign was historic, raising more money than either of her opponents without corporate help and as a Green Party candidate. She has been endorsed by DSA, the official Green Party, and Baltimore Teachers Union among many others. I felt honored to lend my knowledge and see thousands of people across social media platforms view videos I edited.

During the pandemic I’ve found solace in the beauty of the everyday. I used my video editing abilities with footage I had taken on my phone to create a melodic view on the past years at home and outside.
